Clemson suffered another upset loss on Saturday.

Georgia Tech beat the No. 11 Tigers 24-21 with a 55-yard career long field goal by Aidan Birr as time expired at Bobby Dodd Stadium.

Clemson (1-2) rallied from a 13-point first half deficit and took a lead in the third quarter against Georgia Tech (3-0), but Haynes King led a 10-play, 38-yard drive to set up Aidan's game-winner. A major win for the Yellow Jackets to open ACC play after falling nine consecutive times to the Tigers.

King finished the game with 319 total yards and a rushing touchdown. This is the first time Tech starts a season 3-0 since 2016, when they finished 9-4.  On the other side, Cade Klubnik kept his team in the game, but couldn't pull out the victory. He finished with 207 yards with a touchdown and interception.

The Yellow Jackets host Temple next week (4:30 p.m. ET on CW) in Atlanta. Clemson will host Syacuse on Sept. 20  (noon ET, ABC or ESPN) at Memorial Stadium.
