Three games headline an exciting slate of college football on Friday night.

Bill Belichick and North Carolina search for their first conference win this year against Syracuse as they try to put a four-game losing streak to bed. The Tar Heels have lost each of their last two games in the final moments, including a one-point loss in overtime to No. 16 Virginia last week.

Memphis, coming in at No. 25 in the AP Poll, is the only ranked team taking the field Friday. The Tigers are coming off a crucial, three-point victory over South Florida, keeping pace atop the AAC. Right now, Memphis is looking up to Navy and Tulane, though seven AAC teams either have one or zero conference losses.

Louisiana Tech can continue positioning itself towards bowl eligibility with a win over Sam Houston State, which is still vying for its first win of the year in its eighth game.
