The Big 12 enters Week 14 with four teams still alive for a spot in the 2025 Big 12 Football Championship, and a maze of clinching scenarios that could come down to Saturday night.
Arizona State, BYU, Texas Tech and Utah are the only teams still in contention, with league tiebreaker rules outlining a detailed path to the title game.
BYU has the clearest route, clinching with a win over UCF.
The Cougars can also qualify with an Arizona State loss, or through a multi-team scenario involving losses by Texas Tech and wins by ASU and Utah.
Texas Tech earns its berth with a win over West Virginia or an Arizona State loss.
Arizona State’s path requires beating Arizona and getting help.
The Sun Devils can clinch with a win paired with a Texas Tech loss and Utah loss and BYU win, or with a win plus BYU and Utah losses.
Utah remains alive but needs a win over Kansas, along with losses by Texas Tech and help from both ASU and BYU.
If teams finish tied, the conference will apply its seven-step tiebreaker procedure, beginning with head-to-head results and potentially ending with a coin toss.
