It hasn't been a pretty first half for Michigan against No. 18 Oklahoma. A top-20 matchup with Michigan coming in at No. 15, this was always going to be a tough game for the Wolverines.

However, the issues have been clear. As a typical Michigan football team, the coaching staff wants to establish the run game. It isn't the wrong idea, but when a school pays Bryce Underwood the amount of money it did, Michigan simply has to throw the football.

Underwood is five of 10 as of writing this, with about a minute remaining in the first half. He's thrown for 76 yards.

Michigan hasn't found much success on the ground, running the football 17 times for 38 yards.

Fans are starting to get upset, including Dave Portnoy, who took it another notch. Portnoy tweeted that he's ready to call Jolin if Sherrone Moore doesn't let Underwood throw the ball.

Jolin, whose real name is Keren Zhu, helped Michigan land Underwood.

"I’m about 2 seconds away from texting Jolin and telling her to call Sherrone right now and tell him he’s gone if we don’t let the kid throw the football," he posted on X/Twitter.

If Michigan doesn't turn things around in this game and struggles in other parts of the campaign, Portnoy won't be the only one calling for Moore's job.

The last thing Moore wants is for prominent fans or alumni to want him fired. Michigan understands the pressure on the program every season, and with plenty of talent, Moore would likely be the fall guy.
