The Colorado Buffaloes hit the road to West Virginia on Saturday in desperate need of picking up a win. However, that effort will come without top offensive lineman Jordan Seaton.

The former five-star left tackle was ruled out and on the sideline in street clothes with a walking boot on his right foot. Seaton was a game-time decision, but missed his first game for the Buffs this season.

Colorado was one of over 30 schools to offer Seaton, with Tennessee, Ohio State, Oregon and Georgia in his final five in 2024. Shedeur Sanders was the key in the entire process and kept Seaton as a priority. The IMG Academy prospect was part of Coach Prime's Florida pipeline haul that year.

The 6-foot-5, 310-pound Seaton was 15th-best recruit in the nation and was Colorado's fourth five-star talent since Sanders came to Boulder in 2023. Travis Hunter was an original five-star in the 2022 class and went on to win a Heisman Trophy. The duo is joined by cornerback Cormani McClain, who left Miami, and quarterback Julian Lewis who got his first career start on Saturday.

Seaton being out is a tremendous blow for the Buffaloes, who face a postseason elimination game against WVU.
