UCLA picked up a massive transfer portal win on Friday night.
The Bruins will add a former five-star recruit to their roster.
Xavier Booker, from Michigan State, announced his commitment to UCLA on Instagram.
Booker was the No. 11 player nationally in the class of 2023.
The 6-foot-11 Booker struggled to make an impact for Tom Izzo. He averaged 9.2 minutes per game as a freshman and 12.8 minutes per game as a sophomore.
In 2024-25, Booker averaged 4.7 points, 2.2 rebounds and 0.7 blocks per game.

Maybe Mick Cronin is the guy who can unlock Booker. It's certainly worth the chance that he still has that five-star ability there somewhere.
