Illinois-Alabama is in the start of the second half as the Illini took a 42-41 lead into halftime Wednesday night at the United Center in Chicago.

While the Illini offense has come up large in key moments, it’s guard Andrej Stojakovic delivering the majority of the scoring for the Orange and Blue.

Despite constant momentum shifts, as the Crimson Tide lead 52-48 at the 14:51 mark of regulation, it was Stojakovic‘s dunk early in the first-half having began to make the rounds on social media.

In a tweet from Fox College Basketball, Stojakovic let it fly….literally.

The tweet has been viewed 28,000 times thus far and is still gaining mass traffic as the game is one of the key matchups in the AP Top 25 Poll this week.

It remains to be seen whether the Illini can mount a comeback, but they may have to keep relying on Stojakovic to get them there.

He leads all Illinois scorers with 12 points thus far, including a 5-for-7 outing from the field.

For now, the final sequence of the game awaits.
