Utah Jazz injury report
There are six players listed as OUT for the Jazz's matchup with the Hawks.
Those six are:
- Kyle Anderson (right SI joint dysfunction)
- Taylor Hendricks (right hamstring strain)
- Walker Kessler (left shoulder injury recovery)
- Georges Niang (left foot stress reaction)
- John Tonje (G League two-way)
- Oscar Tshiebwe (G League two-way)
Despite a couple of players being away for G League assignments, the injury situation isn't as severe as it initially seemed.
Anderson, Hendricks, Kessler and Niang are all frontcourt players, though, so the Jazz are a bit light inside.
This isn't ideal timing, considering the Hawks' frontcourt boasts players such as Kristaps Porzingis, Jalen Johnson, and Onyeka Okongwu.
Utah will rely on the likes of Lauri Markkanen, Jusuf Nurkic, Kyle Filipowski and Kevin Love to get it done in the paint in the meantime for the Jazz.
