Two Australians now occupy the two top spots on the Seattle Storm's all-time blocks list, with Ezi Magbegor moving past Breanna Stewart Wednesday.

She now sits second, behind only Opals icon Lauren Jackson, after a defensive clinic against the Dallas Wings.

Magbegor climbed the list in style, tying a career-high for blocks in a half, as well as breaking a WNBA record for good measure.

Ezi Magbegor joins Lauren Jackson in Seattle history after five-block showcase

Opals star Ezi Magbegor made a statement in her team's win Wednesday, recording five blocks in the first half to break a tie between her and Breanna Stewart for sole possession of second-most blocks in Storm history.

These five blocks tied for the most she has had in a single half in her career, and with all five coming in just 1:50 of game time, she set a record for the fastest a player has ever hit this mark.

She also became the only player in WNBA history to record five-block halves in two separate games.

Her 272 rejections trail only Lauren Jackson, the Storm icon, former MVP and Magbegor's own former Opals teammate, who leads the franchise with 586 all time.

Magbegor has long been one of the WNBA's most fearsome defenders, named to her first All-Defensive First Team last season, after back-to-back All-Defensive Second Team nods.

Seattle's win over Dallas moves them to 4-4, with Magbegor also contributing nine points, seven rebounds, and three assists in the game.
