Victor Wembanyama is taller than your favorite basketball player.
It doesn't matter who it is. Unless you're going back in time and naming someone like Yao Ming or Manute Bol, you lose this one.
Wemby is so tall that he makes some of the tallest players in the NBA look short.
That was true in a social media video that's going viral with Wembanyama and his fellow Frenchman, Rudy Gobert.
The San Antonio Spurs were taking on the Minnesota Timberwolves, so the pair had a nice on-court moment.
Wemby is nearly a full head taller than Gobert, who is 7-foot-2.
Yes…Rudy is 7’2 😂 https://t.co/9RSp0qVssp pic.twitter.com/2sJ2F96PWn

Wembanyama was listed at 7-foot-4 before the season started. Some operate on the assumption that he's at least 7-foot-5.
The distinction isn't really that crucial.
The reality is that Wembanyama is unlike any player the NBA has ever seen, possessing impressive perimeter skills and also interior skills all packed into an athletic, lanky frame unlike anyone else in the league.
And you know it's unfair when you can look that much taller than a dude who is 7-2.
