Devin Booker is about to secure the biggest single-season bag in NBA history.
The Phoenix Suns superstar is on the verge of a record-setting contract extension.
ESPN's Brian Windhorst reports that Booker and the Suns are close to agreeing on a two-year, $150 million deal.
The $75 million annual value would be an NBA record.
"The Suns have some work to do on this roster, but Booker has been highly engaged with them this offseason on their coaching search and the Kevin Durant trade," Windhorst said.

The Suns were believed by some midway through the season to be heading toward trading away both Durant and Booker.
Instead, they dealt KD but are keeping Booker as the face of their franchise.
He's certainly still in his prime, and he can help lead Phoenix into a new era.
They still don't hold much of their own future draft capital, so tanking doesn't do them any good.
They'll try to remain competitive, and the main first step to doing so is giving Booker as much money as he can handle.
From here, it'll be up to Booker and the front office to lead the Suns to a brighter future.
