Two of the NBA's brightest stars and multiple-time MVPs are set to go head-to-head as Stephen Curry and the Warriors (1-0) welcome Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets (0-0) to Chase Center for their home opener on Thursday night.

The Warriors closed the regular season on a high, taking down the Rockets in the first round despite not having home-court advantage. Their momentum, however, hit a wall when Curry went down in Game 1 of the next round in Minnesota, a brutal blow that derailed what looked like another deep playoff run.
