The Knicks have been linked to Giannis Antetokounmpo trade rumors. However, one NBA analyst believes the team should stay put.
While on The Road Trippin Show, the former Boston Celtics center turn ESPN Analyst Kendrick Perkins weighed in on the trade speculation surrounding Giannis Antetokounmpo and why the Knicks should avoid pursuing him.
"I wouldn't touch Giannis [Antetokounmpo]. I wouldn't. I wouldn't touch him for the simple fact that one, you're going to have to give up two or three significant pieces, right?
He added that he isn't worried about a potential two-person game between Giannis and Jalen Brunson.
"So then you're going to be concerned with depth," he continued, "I don't know. I'm pretty sure they'll figure it out between like him and Jalen Brunson, how that two-man game or how they will work because both of those guys are still ball-dominant."
Ginanis' future in Milwaukee continues to be a hot topic so far this season.
