As the NBA's February trade deadline approaches, the New York Knicks have a few important decisions to make.

Should they trade Guerschon Yabusele? What is Tyler Kolek's role in the rotation, now that Josh Hart returned from a sprained ankle?

The Knicks are one of the Eastern Conference's best teams, and there are small moves they could make. But after owner James Dolan proclaimed last week that the Knicks are not expecting to make any significant changes to the roster, that may rule out the possibility of a trade for Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Knicks predicted to stand pat

The Knicks may have no choice but to play out the second half of the regular season with the core group of players they have. Their previous trades for Mikal Bridges and Karl Anthony-Towns leave them with little wiggle room.

"But again, the Knicks have already made two massive moves, both of which cost significant trade capital, and they just don't have much left to move," Bleacher Report's Andy Bailey wrote Monday. "Beyond that, New York has been one of the best teams in the league this season and can reasonably expect to push for a Finals berth without doing anything significant."

A trade for Antetokounmpo may be out of the realm of possibility right now. There are ways the Knicks can improve the roster ahead of the playoffs, but indications point toward nothing that's league-altering.
