The New York Knicks earned an NBA Cup Title on Tuesday night, outscoring the San Antonio Spurs by 16 in the fourth quarter to take a 124-113 victory.

New York finished with seven of nine players in double-figures, including both OG Anunoby and Jalen Brunson who combined for 53 points. Ultimately, it was Brunson who took home NBA Cup MVP honors for his dominant performances throughout the tournament.

Although Karl-Anthony Towns was sidelined briefly with an injury scare, he returned to finish out the game for the Knicks. Towns ended the night with a double-double, posting 16 points to go along with 11 rebounds and two steals.

After the game, Towns and the rest of the team were eager to begin celebrating. With the game taking place in Las Vegas, many famous Knicks fans were not in attendance.

Following the festivities, Towns made sure to reach out to some of the biggest Knicks fans he knew.

Screenshots from Instagram showed Towns on facetime with both Timothee Chalamet and Ben Stiller, two famous actors known to be die-hard Knicks supporters.

In the photos, Towns appears posing with the NBA Cup trophy while both Chalamet and Stiller are seen celebrating.

Now with the NBA Cup over, the Knicks return to regular season action Thursday in Indiana against the Pacers. Currently sitting second in the Eastern Conference, New York will be eager to overtake the Detroit Pistons before the season ends. The Knicks trail Detroit by just 2 1/2 games.
