Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo recently achieved what he described as "the greatest accomplishment in my life."
That feat was not helping the Bucks clinch their first NBA title since 1971 a little over four years ago. Instead, it was leading the Greece national basketball team to a third-place finish in EuroBasket 2025, their best in the tournament since earning a bronze medal in 2009.
Mariah Antetokounmpo, Giannis' wife, sung his praises shortly after the final game of his strong EuroBasket campaign.

Greece took on a Finland squad led by the Utah Jazz's Lauri Markkanen in the EuroBasket 2025 bronze medal match on Sept. 14. Despite a late comeback from Finland, Greece emerged victorious in the contest by a 92-89 score.
Giannis was pivotal in the win, scoring 30 points, grabbing 17 rebounds and dishing out six assists across 31 minutes of play. It was the culminating performance in an overall strong showing at EuroBasket, during which he finished second among all players with 27.3 points and 10.6 rebounds per game — all while shooting 68.5% from the floor.
Safe to say, Mariah was proud of her husband's on-court exploits this summer.
"Let me brag for one second... my man, my man, my man! Everything earned, nothing given! You deserve all of this greatness and more!" she wrote in an Instagram post, which included photos of Giannis and the rest of their family celebrating after the win.
"During this Eurobasket we celebrated our wedding anniversary, first day of school and our beautiful daughter’s second birthday from a distance, but every single sacrifice is worth it to see you accomplish your dreams. I promise to be by your side through it all my love. Keep going I’m right here with you, we aren’t done yet!"
Giannis will be looking to give Mariah and the pair's children more reasons to celebrate during the upcoming campaign, as the Bucks will use the next few months to work towards winning a second NBA Finals in a six-year span next June.
