Miami Heat forward Andrew Wiggins continues to be brought up in trade talks, and one Eastern Conference team could be in pursuit of him.

The Milwaukee Bucks have been mentioned as a potential landing spot for Wiggins, per Brett Siegel of Clutch Points.

"Wiggins, who was drawing trade interest from the Bucks over the summer, continues to be a name associated with Milwaukee's trade deadline plans," Siegel wrote.

Wiggins is averaging 15.6 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.8 assists this season. He's shooting 46.8% from the field and 38.8% from deep. Miami reportedly made Wiggins available in trade talks last summer in search of an upgrade around its core duo of Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro.

"From the Heat's perspective, though, they seem to be working on their own plans to upgrade their roster, and it's unknown whether Miami would surrender Wiggins in a trade that doesn't land them an All-Star-level player like Giannis or someone else."

Wiggins is under contract for $28.2 million this season and has a $30.1M player option next year. He was part of the Jimmy Butler to Golden State trade last February that sent Wiggins, Kyle Anderson, Dennis Schroder and a first-round pick to the Heat.

Bucks forward Kyle Kuzma, who's guaranteed $42.7M over the next two seasons, would likely be involved the potential deal. A deal could make sense for both teams, as the Bucks are looking to retool their roster after a rough start to the season. Milwaukee may view Wiggins as a strong fit next to Giannis Antetokounmpo.

The Heat (15-15) are eighth in the Eastern Conference, 8.5 games behind the first-place Detroit Pistons.
