The Los Angeles Lakers won over the Charlotte Hornets on Monday night.

They did it without a minute from either of the James, LeBron or Bronny.

The final score was 121-111 as Luke Doncic dropped 38 points, supplemented by 24 from Austin Reaves, 21 from Rui Hachimura, 14 from Deandre Ayton and 13 from Marcus Smart.

LeBron remains out with his sciatica.

Bronny was healthy but didn't play.

Why didn't Bronny James play tonight for Lakers vs. Hornets?

The Lakers didn't use Bronny James because they're getting healthier.

Bronny has played a good amount early in the year with a lot of injuries.

At various points, Doncic, Reaves and Marcus Smart were all out with injuries.

Those guys all played on Monday night.

That meant there was no room in the rotation for Bronny.

He's done pretty well with his chances so far, so he'll surely get more.

But with all the perimeter weapons healthy, Bronny could only watch.
