The Los Angeles Lakers have lost three-straight games and are continuing to be mentioned as a buyer in trade talks.
Pressure is mounting for the Lakers as February's trade deadline draws closer. But Clutch Points' Brett Siegel reported Friday that many of the Lakers' assets aren't viewed favorably by potential trade partners.
"The Lakers don't have adequate trade value on their roster to make the necessary adjustments they need," Siegel said.
Miami Heat forward Andrew Wiggins has been mentioned as a Lakers trade target since last summer. But the Heat haven't been impressed with LA's offers and are not looking to move Wiggins.
"The Heat haven't been moved by anything Los Angeles has to offer, and Miami has signaled that they aren't actively shopping Wiggins," Siegel said.

New Orleans Pelicans wing Herb Jones is another player who is high on the Lakers' wish list. Siegel isn't bullish on the possibility of Jones landing in LA.
"The Lakers have already held conversations with the Pelicans about Jones' availability, but they, too, aren't actively looking to move their defensive-minded wing," he wrote.
The Lakers may not have enough assets to pry Jones from New Orleans.
"Jones' asking price remains very high, and he appears to be out of the Lakers' price range in terms of assets," he said.
Siegel believes the Lakers may turn to Sacramento Kings guard Keon Ellis as a fallback option if they miss on their top targets.
"Keon Ellis is the only other name that comes to mind, and league personnel have linked the Lakers to him in recent weeks," he said.
Players like Jarred Vanderbilt, Maxi Kleber, Gabe Vincent and Dalton Knecht do not have much value in the eyes of other teams. LA's biggest trade chip might be Rui Hachimura, who is on an $18.2 million expiring contract.
