The Los Angeles Lakers will look to secure a third straight win when they travel to Cleveland to take on the Cavaliers on Wednesday night.
It will be the first meeting of the season between the two teams, who will also meet again at the end of March.
LeBron James will play vs. Cavaliers in Cleveland on Wednesday night
Given that the game is in Cleveland, many will automatically wonder if Lakers star forward LeBron James will be playing in the contest. We have some good news for those people.
James isn’t listed on the official injury report for the contest, indicating that he will be good to go. The only two players listed on L.A.'s injury report are Austin Reaves (calf) and Adou Thiero (knee). They've both been ruled out of the game.
Meanwhile, the Cavs will be missing a couple of key contributors for the contest, as Darius Garland (toe) and Evan Mobley (calf) have both been ruled out.
James played 11 total seasons with the Cavaliers, including the first seven seasons of his career, and he never likes to miss an opportunity to put on a show for the fans in Cleveland.
On the season, James has appeared in 28 games and posted averages of 22.4 points, 6.7 assists, 6.0 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 33.4 minutes per performance.
