LeBron James is 40 for one final day.
The Los Angeles Lakers superstar will celebrate his birthday on Tuesday. He was born on Dec. 30, 1984, which means he'll be turning 41.
And as has been observed over and over through the years, James doesn't appear to be aging like your average human.
Nope, he's doing things that no 40-almost-41-year-old should be able to do.
James is proud of himself for it, too. He was asked about Father Time after the Lakers' game on Sunday, and he had a savage answer.
"I'm in a battle with [Father Time] and I would like to say I'm kicking his a-- on the back nine," James told reporters.

On the season, James is averaging 20.4 points, 5.3 rebounds and 7.0 assists per game.
He missed a large chunk to open the campaign with an injury, but since he has returned, he's been reliably on the court and contributing.
This is James' last season under contract with the Lakers, so it's not clear what his future holds. If he wants to keep playing, it might be elsewhere.
First, though, he'll chase another championship. He's playing at a level good enough to win big games alongside Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves.
After all, for LeBron, age is just a number. And it's one that he hasn't let hold him back yet.
