LeBron James looked like himself in Philadelphia on Sunday night.

The NBA's all-time leading scorer recorded a season-high 29 points in 34 minutes, and he helped the Los Angeles Lakers to a 112-108 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.

But James' display in Philadelphia came after he sat out Friday's loss to the Boston Celtics, and just three days after his historic streak of 10-plus point performances came to a grinding halt against the Toronto Raptors.

And just weeks before James turns 41, his former Lakers teammate is sounding the alarm bells about King James' future.

"I just don't see him making it to year 24," former NBA guard Danny Green said on the No Fouls Given podcast. "I think this is it, and we need to appreciate it."

Green, who was part of the Lakers' 2020 championship team, does not see James being as "dominant" as he was even a year ago, when he averaged 24.4 points and made his 21st All-Star team.

Green thinks James will have to rely on "freshness" as well as his jump shot, as opposed to his trademark drives to the rim. This will make James easier to defend -- and perhaps hasten the end of his legendary career.

"You can just tell (with) his body, he looked like he's not going to want to go through another summer of training and preseason again for next year," Green concluded.
