After seeing the Pacers steal another game on the road Thursday, some people still aren't convinced enough to call Tyrese Haliburton a superstar.

The Pacers have been on an incredible run, taking down the NBA's best teams.

One artist had something to say to Haliburton amid all of the criticism and lack of respect that he's gotten from certain people.

What was Lil Wayne's message to Haliburton?

Lil Wayne went to X on Sunday morning to share his thoughts on the media/public's reaction to this playoff run by Haliburton.

He said Tyrese is "clearly walking on water rn and they act like ya surfing."

The stats and improbable comebacks that Haliburton has led are supported by the historic numbers he's breaking.

We have never seen the likes of what Haliburton has done this postseason by another player in a single playoff run, yet people are staying quiet and doubting the legitimacy of it.

Lil Wayne also said, "Hali u gon have to sweep these boyz to get some real respect from these folks."

He might have a point here because if he can't get respect for what he's done already, a sweep would be the closest thing to a guarantee of finally getting the acknowledgment he deserves.

The Pacers are back in action for Game 2 of the NBA Finals Sunday night, as they look to take an improbable 2-0 series lead.
