Steph Curry continues to age gracefully despite being a small guard who began his NBA career with a myriad of ankle problems.

And each time he takes the floor these days, the Golden State Warriors legend finds a way to make some new piece of NBA history.

The latest came over the weekend, when the combined point total of Steph and his dad, Dell, surpassed that of Kobe Bryant and his dad, Jelly Bean Joe Bryant.

The Curry combo is now in second place all-time in the NBA.

First is held by LeBron James and his son Bronny, with LeBron's total by itself exceeding all the father-son duos.

Fun fact before going any further: Dell and Steph are both named Wardell Stephen Curry. They just go by different portions of their full name.

They also both shoot the heck out of the basketball.

Dell's shooting gene clearly passed on to his sons, who are two of the most accurate marksmen in NBA history.

Together, the Curry family has used the power of the outside shot to make their mark as one of the first families of basketball.
