Two Curry’s will compete with the Golden State Warriors during the 2025-26 NBA season.

On Tuesday, the Dubs signed Stephen Curry’s 35-year-old sharpshooting brother to help the franchise compete for a championship.

“Free agent guard Seth Curry has agreed to a one-year deal with the Golden State Warriors,” ESPN’s Shams Charania reported. “Seth and Stephen Curry team up on the Warriors beginning with training camp on Wednesday.”

Believe it or not, Seth is statistically a better three-point shooter than his future Hall of Fame older brother.

The Duke product is a 43.3% career three-point shooter while Stephen is a 42.3% career long-range sniper.

Although the younger Curry has bounced around the league since joining in 2013, he’s been as consistent as it gets regarding perimeter shooting.

Curry competed with the Charlotte Hornets this past season, averaging 6.5 points on 47.1% field goal shooting and 45.6% three-point shooting.

Considering the Dubs love to let it rip from deep in transition and in half-court scenarios, it was wise for them to appease their superstar guard by adding his deadeye long range shooting brother to the fold.

With Buddy Hield being an up-and-down role player in the Bay in 2024-25, it’s reasonable to assume Curry will be expected to light it up from beyond the arc all year long.
