UFC CEO Dana White is already looking towards the future when planning events, including the in-the-works card to be held at the White House.
While that is not expected to go down until July 2026, White does have a main event in mind - if it can be agreed to. That would be current heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall vs. former titleholder Jon Jones.
"The dream main event right now would be Aspinall vs. Jones," White told the Full Send podcast (thanks to MMA Fighting for the quotes).

That fight was in the works for months before Jones decided to vacate the belt and retire. Days after that, though, when President Donald Trump revealed plans for the UFC event in D.C., "Bones" indicated he would be re-entering the drug testing pool.
America's 250th celebration will be next year, and White said they have already scouted the grounds of the White House to begin preparing for the event. He admitted there are "tons of challenges" in pulling it all off.
"I don't even know how many people can get in, not to mention the fact that Secret Service isn't going to let a lot of people come do this," he said. "Everybody's going to have to have background checks. Whoever actually gets to be there live, it will be such a unique, amazing experience."
White said there will be no issue finding fighters to compete as "everybody wants" on the card.
"We'll see where we're at (a year from now)," he added. "We will absolutely, positively put on the baddest card of all time."
