Things could not be going better for the Toronto Blue Jays. Well, they could have won the 2025 World Series, but you get what I mean.

They are coming off a fantastic season and have parlayed that up with a great offseason period so far. They have certainly put themselves in a good position with the 2026 season creeping up.

After adding guys like Dylan Cease, Cody Ponce, and Kazuma Okamoto, they still may not be done. They could now be targeting the best available free agents, like Eugenio Suarez and Cody Bellinger.

While many are glued to the free agent news, there are not many free agents left. With options dwindling, teams could start paying more attention to who could be had through a trade.

Bleacher Report's Kerry Miller recently came out with a list of the most available at each position, and listed Myles Straw as the top center field trade candidate.

"Though Shaw did provide quite a bit of value on defense while appearing in 137 games, it's no secret that the Blue Jays only acquired him last winter to increase their international bonus pool in their pursuit of Roki Sasaki. But Straw is an expendable expense for Toronto."

Seeing Straw on this list should worry the Blue Jays fans. While he has not been around long, he was an excellent addition last season and was huge in the postseason for Toronto.

He has quickly become a fan favorite, but the outfield has become a bit of a logjam for the Blue Jays, and Straw could bring in a solid package in return. So, fans will want to keep an eye on this as a big piece of their success last season could be on the move.
