If the Toronto Blue Jays get this done in Game 7 of the World Series, Ernie Clement will go down as a lowkey legend.
Even if they don't, which is obviously something no Blue Jay wants to think about, Clement will go down in history.
He made sure of that during Friday night's Game 6.
With a pair of hits, Clement extended his postseason hitting streak to 12 games.

Clement continues to be such a feel-good story.
Cut loose by Cleveland and Oakland, he found a home in Toronto and hasn't stopped hitting.
In these playoffs, he's gone to a whole new level. His contact brand of baseball has been exactly what the Blue Jays have needed.
And now there's one game left for all the marbles. Clement will probably get a hit, or two or three, in that one, too.
