The San Diego Padres and Los Angeles Dodgers concluded a fiery four-game series on Thursday night.

In the top of the ninth, the Padres had a comfortable 5-0 lead when everything turned into chaos.

With one out, Fernando Tatis Jr. was hit by a pitch and went down in pain. Right away, Padres manager Mike Shildt ran out from the dugout in frustration, causing both benches to clear and Shildt and Dave Roberts to get into a screaming match.

Here's how it all unfolded.

Of course, this comes two days after Tatis was hit by a pitch and the Padres then hit Shohei Ohtani with a pitch in another fiery sequence.

Roberts said previously hitting Ohtani was "absolutely" intentional for Tatis being hit, and now this unfolds on Thursday night.

The pitcher for the Dodgers that hit Tatis on Thursday was Jack Little, who was just called up.

After things settled, both Shildt and Roberts were ejected from the game in a memorable moment that put an end to a wild four-game series between the National League West division rivals.

Unfortunately, these teams don't face each other until August, but the bad blood between them will likely bleed over in a couple of months.
