There have been no teams in MLB history with as many four home run games as the Philadelphia Phillies.
Kyle Schwarber emphasized that on Thursday night with an epic performance.
He hit four Schwarbombs in a massive clobbering of the Atlanta Braves.
In the process, Schwarber became the 21st player in MLB history to go deep four times in a ballgame.

The second player to ever do it was the first Phillies slugger to do so: Ed Delahanty.
Delahanty's was crazy, because he hit two inside-the-park homers as part of his historic performance. He only hit 101 HRs in his whole career, including the four-HR game back in 1896, which the Phillies lost 9-8.
Chuck Klein did it in 1936. He had quite the career, also hitting for the cycle twice at different stages.
Mike Schmidt made it happen in 1976 in a ridiculous 18-16 Phillies win over the Cubs.
Schmidt didn't hit his first homer that night until the fifth inning, and he needed the 10th inning to hit his fourth.
And now Schwarber, who has also taken over the National League lead for home runs with 49 and counting.
He's the third player this season to hit four home runs in a game, joining Eugenio Suarez and Nick Kurtz. That's the most it's ever happened in a single season.
On Thursday night, Schwarber went deep in the first inning, the fourth inning, the fifth inning and the seventh inning. His first five at bats, in which he was 4-for-5 with the four homers, gave him nine RBI for the night.
He raised his season OPS to .957 with the four long shots.
Schwarber is also making quite the statement before his contract runs out at the end of the season.
He's going to be a free agent, and he's going to get a lot of money from somewhere. It doesn't hurt that he'll have a four-homer game on his resume.
