But the Blue Jays certainly have "team of destiny" vibes and their own superstar, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., carrying them through October. Guerrero rightfully won ALCS MVP, but the Jays wouldn't be here without George Springer, whose three-run home run in the seventh inning of Game 7 shook the Rogers Centre.
Toronto is back in the Fall Classic for the first time since 1993, when it won its second of back-to-back championships.
