Chase Field bag policy 

All bags must be MLB compliant and no larger than 12x6x12 inches, even if they are clear. Non-clear bags must not exceed 4.5x6.5 inches.

Chase Field does offer bag storage locker options for non-permitted bags called BinBox, which is located on the NW Plaza.

There are several parking lots and decks in the Downtown Phoenix area surrounding Chase Field. Fans can purchase parking ahead of time with ParkWhiz.

Parking around Chase Field can cost anywhere between $25 and $50 on game and event days, depending on the type of parking and location.

Tailgating is not permitted for Diamondbacks games.

Chase Field transportation, rideshare and taxi options

If you are using a rideshare app, taxi or bus service to travel to an event at Chase Field, you can direct the vehicle to the designated drop-off and pick-up zones. Rideshare and taxi pick-up and drop-off zones will be located outside of the facility at either 5th Street North of Washington or Jackson Street East of 9th Street.

It is recommended to use public transportation to navigate to Chase Field. The Valley Metro Rail operates 365 days a year with trains running every 15-20 minutes.

Does Chase Field use mobile tickets?

Chase Field uses mobile tickets for all events. Guests must display their passes on mobile phones in order to enter. Screenshots and physical tickets will not be scanned or accepted.

Can I re-enter Chase Field?

Re-entry is not permitted at Chase Field under any circumstances. Tickets are good for one-time entry to games and events, unless in the case of an emergency.

You can only bring a regular purse into Chase Field if it's 12x12x6 inches or less. All bags are subject to a security check prior to entering.

Yes, but all guests three years of age and older must have a ticket in order to attend a Diamondbacks home game. All infants must be seated on an adult's lap and not interfere with the sightlines of other guests.

No, you can't bring outside food and beverages into Chase Field. The stadium will only allow one factory-sealed, one-liter water bottle or 24-ounce bottle that is empty and non-metal per person into the venue.

No, you can't bring a vape into Chase Field. It is a completely non-smoking facility. All guests are prohibited from smoking (including electronic cigarettes, vaporizers or similar products) inside or outside of the stadium.
