There are a couple of high-priced tickets available for the New York Mets' home game on March 28 against the Pittsburgh Pirates.
On Stubhub, a couple of centerfield seats in Citi Field are currently listed at $1,247,553. That's right, more than $1.2 million.
And this isn't just a fake viral post on social media. AllSportsPeople confirmed Friday night that yes, you can get the seats for that cost -- that's two tickets available each for that price. In total, shelling out about $2.5 million to take those two seats.

MORE: Team USA's projected WBC lineup is incredible
What in the world is going on here?
Someone joked that the person really wants to go unless they get a quality offer.
Maybe it's someone who specifically wanted their antics to get noticed like this and go a little viral.
And hey, maybe someone will view it like a rare commodity and pay the whole cost just to grab attention for themselves.
For what it's worth, it's not Opening Day. It's game number two. That means it won't be a Paul Skenes day for the Pirates (unless the World Baseball Classic changes Skenes' turn in the rotation).
Clearly, there's something goofy and fluky about this. It's still quite the sight to behold.
