The New York Mets can't catch a break lately.
They've been struggling on the field, and that has extended into the injury room.
On Thursday afternoon, the Mets announced injuries to two more pitchers.
MLB.com's Anthony DiComo reports that Paul Blackburn and Dedniel Nunez, a pair of right-handers, are the two newest injuries.
Blackburn has a right shoulder impingement.
Nunez has a right elbow sprain.

The Mets also sent down Blade Tidwell to Triple-A.
That means New York has three new pitchers in town: Rico Garcia, Austin Warren and Justin Hagenman, according to DiComo.
This is why it's so important to have pitching depth, and the Mets will hope their depth can deliver right now.
