The Milwaukee Brewers lost a crushing Game 3 of the National League Championship Series to the Los Angeles Dodgers and now sit in the vaunted 3-0 series hole.

The Dodgers' pitching has completely dominated the series, and shut down the fourth-best offense in the MLB during the regular season.

Brewers hitters are 9-89 in the NLCS, good for a .101 batting average. That has to change, and it needs to happen fast if the Brewers want their season to continue.

Brewers, Dodgers' stars react to NLCS Game 3

The Dodgers have scored just 10 runs combined across the first three games of the NLCS, but have limited the Brewers to just three runs, one in each game.

Although the Dodgers are one win away from the World Series, star infielder Mookie Betts knows the series isn't over.

"Honestly, I have zero emotions. I mean, we're up, but, you know, like Kobe says, 'Job's not done,'" Betts said. "So we got to keep going and just keep applying pressure."

Similarly on the Brewers' side, star outfielder Christian Yelich knows the Brewers are in a hole, but all you can do is keep fighting to get out of it.

"We're in a big hole. You got to break it down into lower goals. Our goal right now should be to get the series back to Milwaukee, and then worry about the rest later," Yelich said. "You can't look at it as, 'We got to win four in a row.' Obviously, we do, but you can't win four before you win one or before you win two.

"So, the goal should be to get the series back to Milwaukee. That should be our focus when we get here tomorrow, and everybody should come here and be ready to bring it."

The Brewers have two games left in Los Angeles, if necessary, before the series would return back to Milwaukee for a Game 6 and 7, if necessary.

As for young third baseman Caleb Durbin, he knows what this team has accomplished in 2025, and he believes that's what the team needs to focus on to turn things around.

"We've done some amazing things this year. Most wins in Brewers' history. So, if anyone can do it, we can," Durbin said. "That's kind of what I look at. I look at what we've already done, and that gives us confidence moving forward."

The Dodgers and Brewers and right back on the diamond for Game 4 of the NLCS at 5:38 p.m. on Friday night.
