The Milwaukee Brewers fell into a 2-0 hole against the Los Angeles Dodgers on Tuesday night in the National League Championship Series.
To make matters worse, the Brewers were the higher seed and have home field advantage, so the first two games of the series were played in Milwaukee.
Now, the Brewers will travel to Los Angeles for the next three games of the NLCS, needing to win at least two of them to keep their season alive and bring the series back to Milwaukee.
Pat Murphy remains confident in Brewers
Despite the Brewers second straight loss on Tuesday night, after the game, manager Pat Murphy remained confident in his group.
"90 percent of the teams that go 0-2 at home, don't come back. But, I don't think it's over. I don't know why. I admire this team," Murphy said. "I've said it all along. I like who they are. I know where they came from, and I don't think they'll be surprised if they come back and play really well."
The Brewers will travel to Los Angeles with their season on the line and their top pitcher already being used. However, Milwaukee has battled back and found success all year long.

Different guys have found ways to make their impact felt when no one expected it. Whether you think about Andrew Vaughn, Caleb Durbin, Jacob Misiorowski, Abner Uribe or any of the young pitchers that have come up throughout the season and performed.
Not many were expected to have a major impact on the Brewers this year, yet they've each had their moments.
The Dodgers starting pitchers threw 17 of the 18 innings in Games 1 and 2. Everyone knows the Dodgers bullpen has been their weakness all year long, and if Milwaukee can get past Los Angeles' starters, it could start to find success.

Furthermore, the Brewers were right there in both games. They were a pitch away from a tie game in Game 1, and remained within a couple of runs until the late innings in Game 2.
The Brewers offense ranked No. 4 in the MLB in the regular season in runs per game, and it feels like they have to break out of their slump soon.
Sitting down 0-2 in the NLCS, the Brewers need their bats to awaken in Los Angeles and steal a couple of games on the road to continue their season, and their manager has full confidence in their ability to do so.
