The Milwaukee Brewers and Los Angeles Dodgers will play Game 3 of the National League Championship Series on Thursday afternoon at Dodger Stadium.

With first pitch set for 3:08 p.m., the two teams revealed their starting lineups for Game 3 midday on Thursday.

The lineups consist of most of the same names from the first two games, with a few guys moved around in the batting order.

Brewers, Dodgers Game 3 starting lineups

The Brewers will look to get their first win of the NLCS on Thursday, while the Dodgers will look to take a commanding 3-0 series lead.

Brewers starting lineup:

  1. Jackson Chourio RF
  2. Brice Turang 2B
  3. William Contreras C
  4. Christian Yelich DH
  5. Andrew Vaughn 1B
  6. Sal Frelick CF
  7. Caleb Durbin 3B
  8. Jake Bauers LF
  9. Joey Ortiz SS

The Brewers lineup is identical to their Game 2 lineup. In Game 1, the Brewers had outfielder Isaac Collins in batting eighth for Bauers, but the veteran has gotten the start in Games 2 and 3 now.

Dodgers starting lineup:

  1. Shohei Ohtani DH
  2. Mookie Betts SS
  3. Will Smith C
  4. Freddie Freeman 1B
  5. Tommy Edman 2B
  6. Teoscar Hernández RF
  7. Max Muncy 3B
  8. Kike Hernández LF
  9. Andy Pages CF

The Dodgers lineup has all the same players in the same fielding positions, but their batting order has changed up a little.

In Game 1 when the Dodgers faced Brewers' opener Aaron Ashby, Freeman hit fourth with Teoscar Hernández in front of him. In Game 3, to keep Freeman in the cleanup spot, so Ashby won't face him left-on-left unless someone gets on base, the Dodgers moved Smith up into the No. 3 spot, and Hernández shifted back to sixth in the batting order.

Hernández is 2-for-8 in the NLCS so far, but will now hit behind Edman, who's in the No. 5 hole.

The Brewers will have Ashby start the game and are expected to have rookie Jacob Misiorowski come out of the bullpen to pitch the bulk of the innings. The Dodgers will have Tyler Glasnow as their starter.
