The Los Angeles Dodgers have pretty much everything a team could want.
Maybe they could use an outfield upgrade in left field?
That's the best Bleacher Report could come up with in a new article, but it suggest a particular player who should move to fill such a need: Emmett Sheehan.
"Trading away a starting pitcher seems likeliest here," B/R writes. "They have their big four of Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Blake Snell, Tyler Glasnow and Shohei Ohtani, they have River Ryan and Gavin Stone both returning after missing all of 2025, and they have Roki Sasaki, Landon Knack and Emmet Sheehan all in the mix as guys who each started at least seven games in 2025. That's quite the stockpile from which they could try to acquire a solid left fielder."

The Dodgers do really have so many riches to choose from.
For a kid like Sheehan, who surely has a bright future, it probably is just a tiny bit frustrating.
But the reality is that he's just one move away from ending up in a spot where he can show all that he can do.
Sheehan would bring with him some serious big game experience, having worked out of the bullpen in the World Series.
The Dodgers may want to keep a guy like Sheehan. It can't be that fun to develop young players into promising prospects only to ship them off and not get to see the fruits of the labors.
But if the return in a trade fills a lineup hole for a guy who would've been like the No. 7 or 8 SP at the start of the year, the Dodgers have to try it. It remains to be seen whether that'll come to fruition.
