TL;DR
- * Benches cleared in World Series Game 7 between Dodgers and Blue Jays.
- * A hit-by-pitch incident involving Justin Wrobleski and Andres Gimenez sparked the confrontation.
- * Umpires issued a warning; no ejections occurred, but tension remains high.
- * Andres Gimenez reached base after being hit, setting up a subsequent infield hit.
This doesn't happen a lot in the World Series.
Especially in Game 7.
But the benches have cleared between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Toronto Blue Jays.
The Dodgers' Justin Wrobleski was on the mound, facing Andres Gimenez of the Blue Jays.
Early in the at-bat, two pitches thrown inside narrowly avoided hitting Gimenez.
Wrobleski's third attempt to go up and in resulted in a hit to Gimenez.
Gimenez and Wrobleski exchanged remarks.
The dugouts emptied and the bullpens surged onto the field.
The tension was quite high.

The umpires eventually issued a warning, though no one was ejected.
If further incidents occur, the situation could become quite compelling. Might there be a disqualification?
The injury from being struck by a pitch might also come at a significant price. Gimenez, batting ninth, managed to reach base, setting up a return to the top of the lineup. Springer lined a ball off Wrobleski for an infield hit right away.
There's a tremendous amount going on in this game, no doubt about it.
