The Arizona Diamondbacks are hovering around .500.
But according to USA Today's Bob Nightengale, they're going to be sellers before the MLB trade deadline.
Four stars are expected to be available, writes Nightengale:
- Eugenio Suarez
- Josh Naylor
- Zac Gallen
- Merrill Kelly
Suarez is having one of the best seasons of his career. He has surpassed 300 MLB homers and can add a thumping bat to the middle of any order.
Naylor has been great since Arizona acquired him from Cleveland in the offseason, and he's a proven clutch playoff performer.

Gallen was one of the best pitchers in the NL the last couple seasons but has struggled this year.
Kelly is more of a finesse guy, a veteran with crafty stuff who could help the back of a rotation.
All four of these players are on expiring contracts.
The Diamondbacks have young, controlled talent besides these guys. Trading them away should give them a chance to re-tool and contend in 2026.
