Several high school football teams in Texas are literally thankful to be playing this week.
Following the Thanksgiving break on Thursday, the University Interscholastic League playoffs' regional semifinal stage will intensify on Friday, featuring contests throughout the afternoon and evening. Additionally, numerous playoff matchups are scheduled for Saturday afternoon and evening.
Each week, we'll update the brackets here for Texas' top three classifications as the Lone Star State's playoffs commence.
