The Seattle Seahawks are making the trip out East to face the Atlanta Falcons in Week 14, in what is a big matchup for playoff standings, and also the fantasy football season.

With some playoffs starting this week and others trying to keep their seasons alive and make the playoffs this week, the start/sit decisions for fantasy managers this week are massive decisions to make.

For fantasy managers in this Seahawks-Falcons matchup, the question of which running back to start, Zach Charbonnet or Kenneth Walker, is a big one to figure out.

Kenneth Walker vs. Zach Charbonnet: Week 14 fantasy advice on Seahawks RBs

Walker and Charbonnet are coming off solid days against a tough Minnesota Vikings defense. Walker put up 10.4 fantasy points in Full PPR leagues thanks to 13 carries for 56 yards and three receptions on four targets for 18 yards.

Charbonnet, meanwhile, had 11.2 points thanks to 14 carries for 52 yards and a touchdown. He wasn't involved in the passing game, but his score made up the difference.

Now, with a matchup against the Falcons, a run defense that has allowed the ninth-most fantasy points per game in Full PPR to running backs this season, both Walker and Charbonnet are appealing options.

However, there is a clear favorite between the two. Walker has seen his usage uptick in recent weeks, and his production, despite some shaky weeks in the middle of the year, is back in line with typical strong usage for a running back.

He's running the ball consistently, has gotten some goal-line work, and more importantly, has been more involved in the passing game than Charbonnet as of late.

The last three weeks tell the story, as Walker has 20.1, 13.1, and 10.4 points, while Charbonnet has 6.7, 9.5, and 11.2 fantasy points in the same time frame.

Walker is more efficient, is seeing more work, and as ESPN's Eric Moody writes, is now getting some extra goal-line opportunities. Charbonnet, if a fantasy manager is in a dire situation, is not the worst option as a dart-throw.

But, between the two, Walker is the clear better choice this week, and should be in lineups with a great matchup against the Falcons.
