By no means has Tetairoa McMillan been bad, but fantasy managers are certainly disappointed he has not truly had a breakout game thus far.
Despite being targeted 43 times, which is tied for the 9th most among all NFL players, McMillan is just the WR29 overall for fantasy football.
Most targets this season without a receiving touchdown:

1. Tetairoa McMillan (43)
2. Jakobi Meyers (39)
T3. Stefon Diggs, Jerry Jeudy, Calvin Ridley (34)
On top of this, McMillan has not caught a touchdown, even though he's had 5 red zone targets through 5 weeks.
The opportunity is there, the volume is there, but the fantasy production has been lackluster.
If you ever wanted a great buy-low candidate, McMillan is a perfect option ahead of Week 6. However, you must do it now because he will no longer be attainable once his breakout game happens.

Tetairoa McMillan Week 6 fantasy outlook vs. Cowboys
In Week 6, McMillan has the pleasure of taking on the Dallas Cowboys and their defense. If there is one thing that's been undeniably apparent, the Cowboys' defense is horrific.
Through 5 weeks, the Cowboys have allowed 154 total points, which is 4th 4th-highest in the NFL. Because the Cowboys also have a good offense, the usual game script for those who play Dallas is an offensive shootout. This week should be no different for the Carolina Panthers.
As it relates to fantasy, the Cowboys allow the most fantasy points per game (FPPG) to opposing WRs at a whopping 45.3 FPPG.
Dallas also allows the most FPPG to the QB position as well. So Bryce Young should be feeling confident early, which will only help McMillan's cause.
I'm not just projecting a decent game from McMillan; he's the WR5 in my rankings. Start him with confidence in Week 6 and watch him ball out.
