The Kansas City Chiefs are heading into a highly hyped Week 4 matchup with the Baltimore Ravens.

K.C. would sure like to get its running game figured out before facing the run-happy Ravens.

Isiah Pacheco, Kareem Hunt and even Brashard Smith have seen action for the Chiefs, who haven't put together long stretches of rushing consistency yet.

That makes it a bit tough for fantasy football managers, but there are choices to be made.

Should I start Isiah Pacheco in fantasy Week 4?

Isiah Pacheco is worthy of a FLEX start in Week 4 for the Chiefs against the Ravens.

Pacheco has had 10 carries apiece in each of the past two weeks. Against the Giants, he turned that into 45 yards.

The powerful RB is getting as much chance as anyone for the Chiefs. His upside appears a bit capped right now, but if he gets double-digit touches, that's a player you can start.

Should I start Kareem Hunt in fantasy Week 4?

Kareem Hunt is a slightly worse FLEX option than Isiah Pacheco this week, but he's not unplayable.

Hunt ran 10 times for 34 yards and a touchdown against the Giants. The week before, he had eight runs for 31 yards.

If you're playing Hunt, you're counting on him scoring a touchdown to make it worth the choice.

He's got just good enough TD odds to consider him a borderline starter, but there's a decent chance you've got more secure options, at least until bye weeks begin in Week 5.
