Sydney Thomas reveals that, upon going viral after the Mike Tyson and Jake Paul fight last year, an SEC football coach slid in her DMs.
Thomas is on Netflix's reality series Inside: USA, where she was asked about “the craziest celebrity to hit on you.”
“I’d say Lane Kiffin, another SEC football coach,” the University of Alabama graduate said. “Slid in with ‘Roll Tide,’ and he’s the coach of Ole Miss.”
Thomas hinted that a celebrity jumped in her DMs following the fight on the Like a Farmer Podcast in January.
“I have some names, I just don’t know that I want to expose them,” Thomas said.
“We’ll just say this. It was from another SEC football team coach," she added. "They just DM’d me ‘Roll Tide.’ I’m not going to say what coach it was, but they’re an Alabama fan now at least. We’ll let everyone else figure out who it was.”
What is Lane Kiffin's relationship status?
Kiffin has been the head football coach at Ole Miss since 2020. He was previously the offensive coordinator at Alabama from 2014 to 2016.
As for his relationship status, he was married to Layla Kiffin, but they got divorced in 2016. They were married for 12 years before the split. He shares three kids with his ex-wife: Landry, 20, Presley, 18, and Knox, 16.
Since late 2024 and early 2025, they seemed to have been dropping hints that they have rekindled their romance with public appearances together and social media posts.

It's unclear if the two got remarried, but in April, he didn't want to go on record about their relationship status.
