Taylor Swift says an ex-conman is stalking her and has asked a judge to intervene.
The girlfriend of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, 35, had a significant win in court on Monday, June 9 when the court granted the pop star, 35, a temporary restraining order.
According to "TMZ Sports," the 45-year-old man, Brian Jason Wagner, has been harassing the "Fortnight" singer for several months.
The harassment allegedly began when Wagner was incarcerated.
In the legal documents, Swift claimed that the ex-con showed up at her Los Angeles estate multiple times in May and tried to obtain access to her. The man allegedly told her security team that he was there to check on her friend. However, Swift's security team noticed something didn't add up when they ran a criminal history report on Wagner, which revealed that he was previously incarcerated.
Swift says the man has been sending her lengthy communications with threatening language from behind bars that included fabricated stories about his involvement in her personal life.
He also tried to divert mail from her residence and "even lied to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to somehow change the address on his driver's license to my Los Angeles home," according to court documents.
Kelce's girlfriend claims that the man also showed up at her home at least three times in July 2024, during one of those visits, he allegedly carried a glass bottle that could have been used as a weapon.
The singer says she has never met or communicated with the man and asked the court to force him to stay away from her home and workplace.

News that the restraining order was granted came on the heels of a fun weekend for the NFL player and Swift, who attended a family wedding in Nashville over the weekend.
On Saturday, June 7, the couple attended Kelce's cousin, Tanner Corum's, wedding.
Several pictures of the couple's date night went viral on social media after the power couple made an appearance.
Kelce and Swift's relationship went viral after the singer attended a game in Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City in September 2023, and was photographed sitting with Kelce's mother, Donna. The couple have been dating since 2023.
