While Biles didn't respond before to the assumption, she did give a fan the thumbs up when she commented on the cherries emoji.

"Boobs, skinny bbl (Brazilian Butt Lift), and eye lift or skin tightening. I’m literally guessing because I can’t tell lol," another fan guessed.

She then confirmed what the other procedures she's had done.

Biles then revealed that she had a lower blepharoplasty, which is done to remove puffiness and sagging under your eyes.

The last and final procedure she received was on her earlobe when her "my earring got ripped out when I was younger."

Is Simone Biles going to compete at the 2028 Olympics?
