Megan Thee Stallion was in charge of the main item at Thanksgiving this year: the turkey. The rapper shared on Instagram how her first Thanksgiving with her boyfriend, Klay Thompson, went as she posted a video of her cooking.
“What’s up, y’all? It’s ya girl Megan Thee Stallion, aka Thee Hot Girl Coach, and b---- I am whispering ‘cause Klay is still in his food coma from last night,” she said in a voiceover on her Instagram of her cooking on Friday, Nov. 28.
Megan shared that in addition to the turkey, she also made some side dishes for the holiday.
“Right here, this is me getting my dressing ready. I do not call it ‘stuffing’ baby, ‘cause this is dressing, this is a Southern thing,” she said.
“Okay, this is me getting my turkey ready, b----, I already gave it a BBL and injected that thing up last night with all the flavor,” she continued in her narration.
She added that she was also in charge of baking the macaroni and cheese. “I was really nervous, ‘cause I was like, ‘Dang, I’m really finna cook for my man and his whole family.' I hope they love this because I got to show them that I really love they son!”
The "Lover Girl" rapper said that while she was nervous at first, she immediately locked in and got confident about all of her dishes. "Baby let me tell you, ain’t nobody seeing me on barbeque baked beans. If you wanna have a conversation, let me know because I’m sure I will win.”
“And then we hurried up and we took all the food over the to the Thompsons,” she said to conclude the video as she showed the food getting loaded up into the car.
It's not a surprise that Megan was in charge of the turkey at Thanksgiving as she has shared that Thompson is fond of her cooking. She went viral for making Thompson spaghetti and catfish over the summer.
"So Klay had never had spaghetti and catfish together before, and ever since the first time I made it for him, he asks me for this S--- like every week," Megan said, alongside a video clip showing off the noodles and red sauce served on a plate with a piece of breaded catfish and a pile of Hawaiian rolls.
"So good. Flawless," Thompson said after taking a bite of food. "It is the best thing I've ever tasted. My favorite meal. Catfish, spaghetti, and Hawaiian rolls," he added.
The couple went public with their romance over the summer and have been letting fans in on their date nights as well as each of them supporting one another in their separate endeavors.
