Kim Kardashian is finally addressing Tom Brady dating rumors.
On the Oct. 15 episode of Call Her Daddy podcast, host Alex Cooper asked the Hulu reality star what the details were surrounding rumors that she and the former NFL star were an item.
“You have to tell me, how serious were you and Tom Brady?” Cooper asked Kardashian during a game of “Confess or Text.”
“Oh my god,” Kardashian reacted, surprised.
Cooper clarified: “Like a date?”
"I’m not gonna answer that,” the SKIMS founder responded.
While Kardashian was staying mum when Cooper asked her directly, the podcast host thought of a more clever way to get the answer out of her. The two began playing the “Exes edition” of “F---, Marry, Kill” and she included Brady once again.
Cooper gave her the options of “Pete Davidson, Tom Brady, Kris Humphries.” Davidson and Kardashian were dating for nine months from October 2021 to August 2022. Kardashian and Humphries dated from October 2010 to May 2011. In May of that year, they got engaged and married in August 2011. She later filed for divorce 72 days later, on October 31, 2011, and their divorce was finalized in June 2013.
Kardashian also decided to dodge answering that question as well.
“I think I’ll text on this one, I’ll get in way too much trouble there,” a smiling Kardashian responded.
Why did Kim Kardashian and Tom Brady ignite dating rumors?
Fans believed that Kardashian and Brady were dating in 2023 after they were spotted at several social events together. However, a source told Entertainment Tonight that the two are "just friends" and that they "struck up a friendship" while Kim was searching for a new house.
"Tom and Kim have been in touch because Kim is looking to buy property where Tom has a vacation home," the insider added.
The rumor was fitting because they were hanging out with one another with their friends, but they both recently got divorced. Brady and his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, got divorced in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage. Kardashian's divorce from rapper Kanye West was finalized in November 2022 after she filed in February 2021.
Kardashian played into the dating rumor when she brought it up during Netflix's Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady special. The All's Fair actress was asked to be one of the many celebrities to come up to the stage and roast the former New England Patriots quarterback.
"I'm really here tonight for Tom," the mom of four joked. "I wasn’t going to come tonight, but since I'm not here as Tom's date, there's still a good chance I might."
She hinted at her 2007 sex tape with her then-boyfriend Ray J in her next joke about the seven-time Super Bowl-winning champion.
"Speaking of Tom and I dating, I know there were some rumors that we were, and I'd never say if we did or not. I'd just release the tape," she joked.
