NFL host Kay Adams has sparked a viral debate online after asking men if they're using AI to talk to women.

While it doesn't seem like an entirely ridiculous question to ask as AI is growing in popularity, the "Up & Adams" host, 39, was flooded with hilarious responses after posing the question to her 718,000 followers on social media last week.

"Do you guys use AI to text babes? Be honest," Adams wrote on X on November 30.

Adams was quickly hit with hundreds of mixed responses, with one person writing, "Nah I'm all natural."

"Nope, just out here fumbling them with my own god given abilities," another wrote.

"I'd rather mess it up on my own," a third added.

While several people denied using AI to help them get dates, others suggested that it wasn't the worst idea - and they might try it sometime.

"I’ve been single for 4 years Kay I probably should cuz whatever the h--- I’m doing ain’t working," one X user quipped.

"Good idea. Hadn't thought of that," a second person said.

"Somebody teach me how," another added.

Kay Adams shares update on love life

Adams' social media post follows a recent interview where she suggested that she's ready to find love. It prompted one of her fans to question if she suspected a date had used AI to create a message to her.

"Sounds like whoever is texting you made a big mistake," one fan quipped, to which Adams responded with a skull emoji.

Adams opened up about her love life on the Bussin with the Boys  podcast in November.

"I am a relationship girl and by the time that you are so persistent that I am on a first date with you, we're already in love, you're my boyfriend and we're just consummating - not physically - this works," the NFL host said. "I'm a little more calm, like I feel a little more able to be there for someone else. Like I feel like that's where I am. So yeah, dating's funny though, you know," she added.
